Transferência De Novo!!

E aí cachorro, como vai. What's up everyone!!! this week has been pretyy wild, let me explain...

Tuesday (dia de cavalo)- every Tuesday we get home late in the day because we have to travel 2 hours from where our district meets for district meeting, so it's never a full day of missionary work. However, this Tuesday we got home especially late, at 1:00 and had to wait until 3 to eat lunch, so when we were finally ready to work it was already almost 5, a lot later than usual!! So all we did was a ton of street contacts.

We wanted to get to know an area of our city that we haven't seen yet, so we went for a walk on the freeway (you read that right, the FREEWAY!), which surprisingly had a bunch of people walking on it. There we met this guy named João.  We started out talking to him about his life, and he seemed pretty cool.  We then asked if we could share a message with him, and his response was right now no, I lost my horse, I need to find him. We thought that was a little weird, but moved on down the freeway.

Not too far down we saw a little car stopped on the side of the road with a big trailer on it.  It was almost pitch black outside so we couldn't see what they were pulling and when we got closer we saw that this guy had 2 horses!!! in his trailer! Get this, he's using a Volkswagen golf to pull them. And, he happened to run out of gas right in front of us.  Right next to a dude who's looking for his horses.

My companion thinks that the dude with the car stole the horse, but I'm a little skeptical. You be the judge. But yes, that was our horse day.

I'm pretty sure I mentioned in my previous email that part of my new area is a small branch (5 people attend) that takes about  2  hours by bus to get to.  It's a pretty big city and extremely beautiful, and doesn't have any missionaries there full time.  So this week we went to the branch to help the work there.  We felt like we could do a lot more for the people if we could be there more often, so we decided to try and convince President to put missionaries there.   At first it didn't sound like he was ready to open the area up, so imagine our surprise when we were on our way back from the branch,  on the bus,  when President called us to say that we're getting transferred to the area in 2 days!!!!

We're so excited to help them out there, and praying we can make a huge difference! So, if you are looking for something to fast and pray for this Sunday, please consider adding me and my companion and our new little branch to your fasting and prayers.

Also,  this week hit 6 months on my mission, which is wild!!!  flies by really fast!!!

Hope everyone's doing good, love you all!!
