Good Bye Minas Gerais, Hello Rio De Janeiro!

Hey everyone, it's been a crazy past few weeks!

Starting off, I got transfered! I'm not in Minas Gerais anymore, which is the state I've been in for the last 9 months of my mission.  I'm back in Rio de Janeiro! It's a city called Volta Redonda. Fun fact, my area is called 7 de septembro which is the independence day for Brasil! I've been here for like 2 weeks now, it's been really sick, we have a ton of people progressing, like a ton. And,  we keep finding new people everyday! My new comp is named Elder Goldhardt. This is his last transfer on the mission, so that will be fun!

These past few weeks we've seen so many miracles, it seems like everywhere we go, every corner we turn God's preparing something for us! We have this recent convert named Adriana that's loving church and has a daughter that's 21. We've been trying to get to know her to teach her about the gospel, but she works a ton. This last week we helped Adriana move houses, which by coincidence her daughter was there too! So we had the chance to talk to her about the Book of Mórmon, and invited her to church, she responded with "pode ser" which basically means yes! Sunday came around, she went, and afterward talked about how much she loved it!!

She's just one of the many miracles we've seen here! Here's another, the elders that were here before started teaching this dude that's an owner of some tech company.  It's super big and close to the church. Then they started teaching English classes, and the head of HR started going! After a few weeks the HR girl asked if we could go teach his whole company English, to which we obviously said yes! So this Wednesday was the first time we went there, it was so cool! Most of the people there were really interested in why we are here in Brasil, and really wanted to know more about the church!

This transfer so far has really strengthened my testimony about prayer. I've seen recently that when we pray about the things we're worried about, and things that we are trying to do, the Lord will do his part! It may not be the way we want it to be done, but it will always be for our benefit! I love you guys, have a good week!!!
